A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Tustin, was called to order by Mayor Huntley at 8:00 P.M.
on the above date.
Councilmen present: Huntley, Schwindeman, Pieper and Logan.
Councilmen Absent: Kiser.
Minutes of the previous convention were read and approved.

Payment It was moved, seconded and carried that the bills be paid,

Resolution On motion of Logan, seconded by Resolution No. 33
#33 adopted was introduced and was adopted by the following vote.
Ayes, Four Noes None Absent One.
Applications An applications from D.T.Hayden for the position of
for appointments Police Judge was read and it was moved, seconded and
read. carried that this applicattion be taken under consider-
ation.
Re-Appoint. I It was moved by Logan, Seconded by Schwindeman that the
ments made. Board of Trustees re-appoint John L Stanton as Chief
of Police, together with the other duties contingent to
that office. Carried and so ordered.
Moved by Logan, Seconded by Schwindeman that the Board Of
Trustees re-appoint Morris A. Cain as City Attorney.
Carried and so ordered.
Moved by Pieper, seconded by Logan that the meeting be
adjourned. Carried and so ordered.
