A regular meeting of the Council and Board of Trustees of the City of Tustin was held at the City Hall on the 18th of April 1932, at 8 p.m. The following were present: Councilman Crawford, Logan, Huntley, and Schwendeman. The minutes of the meeting of April 4th, 1932 were read and approved. The Board proceeded to canvas the votes of the election of April 11th. 1932. The following results were found: For Councilman, full term. votes A. H. Holford ................................... 28 W. M. Huntley ................................. 124 J. F. Pieper .................................... 103 W. M. Huntley and J. F. Pieper elected Canvas For City Clerk votes P. C. Brooks ................................ 84 J. R. Harbour ................................ 48 P. C. Brooks elected W. J. Pollard elected with l30 votes for treasurer. Certificates of election were duly authenticated and Oath signed by the Clerk and delivered to each Trustee and of treasurer. Office The oath of office was imposed and names subscribed imposed thereto. Resolution No. 32, declaring results of the election Res. held April 11th, 1932 was introduced and read. On motion No.32 of Councilman Logan, seconded by Schwendeman, Resolution adopt- No. 32 was adopted by the following vote to-wit: ed Ayes: Logan, Schwendeman and Huntley. Noes: None. Absent: Kiser. On motion of Councilman Logan, Councilman Huntley Nom. was nominated for chairman and Mayor of the Board of Trustees. Huntley On motion of Councilman Schwendeman nominations were mayor closed and Councilman Huntley was unanimously elected Mayor and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Mayor Huntley made the following appointments: Councilman Kiser,- Street and Park Commissioner. Councilman Logan,- Police and Fire Commissioner. Appoint- Councilman Pieper,- Lights, Water and Power Commissioner. ments Councilman Schwendeman,-Health and Safety Commissioner. made Councilman Huntley,- Finance Committee. On motion of Councilman Logan, the following bills were ordered paid and warrants drawn for the respective amounts. J. Casperson .......................... 76.00 Motion G.E.
