An adjourned meeting of the tustin City Board of Trustees
was held dune 30th, 1930, 7;3O'P.2. at the ity Hall of Tustin
All members of Council present. ieeting.called to order.
Minutes of meeting of _June 16th, 1930 read -and approved.
Petition in re.locating lumber yard, read, no action taken.
Bids for Tustin City Fire Bonds were opened and read.
The bids were as follows:
Bids opened First iiational Bank, Austin . . . .Parr plus 191.10
on Fire Bonds G. W. Bond & Son, Santa Ana . . . . .Par " 33.00
Freeman, Smith m C<:mp Co. Los Angeles . " 13.50
Each of said bids or proposals further providing for the
payment to the City of acrued interest to date of delivery.
Motion to On motion of Huntley, secondc,d by riser, Resolution lao. 17
accept bid accepting bids of The First Bational Bank of Tustin for the
of Tustin $13,000.00 Bond issue, was adopted by the following vote to -wit:

July 7th, 1930
A regular meeting of the Doard of Trustees of the Uity of
Tustin was held at the City Hall of the City of Tustin on July
7th, 1930. Meeting called to order 8 P.M. All members present
Minutes of the meeting of dune 30th, 1930 read and approved.
Postpone A general discussion of issuing a permit to the dhitson
Whitson Lumber Co. to establish a lumber yard in the City of Tustin was
Lumber Co heard. Un motion of Trustee Aiseraction on same was post -
permit poned to next regular meeting. ,
Adopt It was regularly moved and seconded to adopt Resolution
Resolution lao. XVIII, rejecting all bids on fire hose and the Clerk w<,s
XVIII instructed to return bids to respective bidders. Adopted
Adopt Resolution Ldo. XIX ordering Street S,.,pt. to abate weed
Resolution nuisance was introduced and on motion of Trustee Xiserwas
XIX duly seconded and passed. ,
Ord. 25 Ordinance 1Jo. XXV. amending section 24 of ordinance loo.
read IX of the City of Tustin, was read.
On motion of 'Trustee Huntley, seconded by 'rustee Logan,
Motion to the following bills were ordered paid and warrants drawn for
Pay bills the respective amounts:

Motion on
Fire Truck Motion to purchase pu#cture proof tire tubes for Fire Truck
Tires was made by Trustee Logan, seconded by ''rustee Kiser and passed.
Motion by Councilman nuntley, seconded by Councilman Logan,
to adjourn meeting to 7:30 v.M. on Monday, duly 14th, 1930 made
and passed.
