February 24th, 1930.
An adjourned meeting, of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Tustin was held February 24th, 19309 8 Y.M. Trustees
Crawford Logan, Kiser, Huntley and Schwendeman were present.

Cain read City attorney Cain read a letter from F. J. Rodreeues
letter on in regard to receiving property from Coutny of Orange.

property Trustee Logan moved to submit to voters proposition of
Motion to voting $13,000.00 Bonds to purchase Fire equipment and
submit Fire building to house fire equipment, motion carried.

Resolution No. XI was submitted and regularly voted and
Resolution ppassed declaring the necessity of the aquisition of modern
XI submittedfire apparatus and land and building to house same.
Motion was made and carried to adjourn.

A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Tustin was held March 3rd, 1930, 8 P.M. Trustees Crawford,

The minutes of the meeting of Feb. 17th and Feb. 24th
1930 were read and approved.
Motion to Resolution No. XII calling a general municipal election
was submitted and adopted by ,the following vote to wit:

Absent: None.
Ordinance No. XXIV calling and providing for the holding

March 7 P.M. was made and carried.

A regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held March 10, 1930. eresent: Crawford, Logan, Kiser,
Huntley and Schwendeman. Meeting held at City Hall of City
of Tustin, at 7 P. M. on said date.
Ordinance No. XXIV was read and duly passed by the
following vote to wit:
Ayes: Trustees Logan, Kiser, Huntley, and. Schwendeman
Noes: None
Absent: None
On motion of Kiser seconded by Schwendeman, mr. Browning
was given permission to remove a dead tree from the parking
adjoining his property. Cost of removing tree to be paid by
Mr. Browning.
Motion to adjourn made and carried.
