Trustees Crawford Logan, Kiser, Huntley and Schwendeman were present. 'Meeting field at City Hall of City of Tustin. Cain read City attorney Cain read a letter from F. J. Rodreeues letter on in regard to receiving property from Coutny of Orange. Or. C. property Trustee Logan moved to submit to voters proposition of Motion to voting $13,000.00 Bonds to purchase Fire equipment and submit Fire building to house fire equipment, motion carried. Bonds Resolution No. XI was submitted and regularly voted and Resolution ppassed declaring the necessity of the aquisition of modern XI submittedfire apparatus and land and building to house same. Motion to Resolution No. XII calling a general municipal election was submitted and adopted by ,the following vote to wit: �-,, call Munic. Schwendeman Noes: None Absent: None On motion of Kiser seconded by Schwendeman, mr. Browning was given permission to remove a dead tree from the parking adjoining his property.
