A regular meeting of the Doard of rrustaes of the pity
of Austin was held August 5th; 1929. Meeting called to order
8 P.M. he following, were resent: Crawford, Logan, Riser,
guntley,.and Uchwendeman. absent; Yione. At City Hall.
The minutes of the meeting of July 15th were read and
approved.
Motionto On motion of Siser seconded by Logan, ordinance No. %XIII
Pass Urdin. was passed by the following vote to wit:
Ayes: Huntley, Logan, miser and Schwendeman.
Noes: None" �I
Absent: None
On motion of Kiser seconded by Tiuntley the following bills
Motion to were ordered paid and warrants drawn for the respective amounts'.

H. DuBois.... .......... 1.17
The '-ustin hews........ 61.50
Fire Mayor Crawford appointed the following committee: Kiser
Committee Logan and H-untley and they were instructed to obtain prices
Appointed of Building, Lot, fire truck with equipment and the proposi-
tion of a bond Issue to finance same. Committee to report
at next regular meeting.
Motion On motion of Kiser seconded by Logan Chief of Police
to give Stanton was granted a vacation of two weeks. Vacation to
Stanton commence August 15th.

A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Tustin was held August 19th, 1929. Meeting called to
order 8 Y.M. The following were present: Crawford, Kiser
Logan, Huntley, and Schewendeman. Absent: None.
The minutes of the meeting of August 5th, 1929 were
read and approved.
Applic. Application to oil a strip of street on Prospect Street
to oil next to the Utt Juice Company was. made by A. Sehellhouse.
Street Referred to Street Commissioner.
The following bills were ordered paid and warrants
