The following members were present:. Councilman Logan, Kiser, Schwendeman, and Huntley. Absent: Crawford. Meeting held in K. P. On motion of councilman Kiser, seconded by Council- man Logan, the following report of the City Clerk for the month of April 1928 was accepted. Schwendeman. Absent: Kiser. Meeting held in K. P. Hall, Tustin,Cal. The minutes of the meeting of May 7, 1928 were read and approved. Fire Chief On motion of Councilman Logan, seconded by Council - and Ass t. man Huntley, Tom Shedden was appointed Mire Chief and Fire Chief L. A. Riehl was appointed Assistant Fire Chief. The appo]nted. motion was carried. On motion of Councilman Huntley, seconded by Council- Ordinance:-, man Logan, Ordinance No. XI was adopted by the following XI adopted. vote, to -wit: Ayes: Councilmen Huntley, Schwendeman, and Logan. Noes: None. Absent: Kiser. Bill refunded on motion of Councilman Logan, seconded by Council - from Edison Cc man Huntley, a paid bill of §5.61 from the Southern Cali - to Fire Dept. fornia Edison Company was ordered refunded to the Volun- teer Fire Department. Councilman Logan moved that the City of Tustin rent Motion carried the room next to the Post Office of the Tustin Pythian to rent room Building Association for the sum of §360.00 for one year, next to P. 0. providing it meets the approval of the Pythian Bldg. Ass'n. for City Hall The motion was seconded by Councilman Schwendeman, and - was carried.
