The meeting was called to order at 8 P. M. The following members were presents Council- men Crawford, Kiser, Huntley, Logan, and Schwendeman. Absent: None. Meeting Held in K, P. Hall, 'Tustin,Cal. 1 1."The minutes of the meeting of April 2, 1928 were read and approved.
