An agreement to address mitigation of the construction impacts was approved with the affected easement holders in November of 2002. In accordance with this agreement, alternative parking and accessibility were provided during construction and the affected parking lot was improved to a condition exceeding its original state. In addition, the property manager representing the affected commercial center has provided a letter to the City indicating their satisfaction with the work and the terms of the aforementioned agreement. The Orange County Permit and Subdivision Inspection Division has also confirmed their acceptance of the work via signature approval. All of the work for this project has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, and is now ready for City Council acceptance. ~.þ Tim D.
