Bacon, Jr. and Lee Byrd COUNCILMEN ABSENT: W. L. Tadlock CITY ATTORNEY C. Arthur Nisson, Present SPECIAL Mayor Kidd directed the City Clerk to notify all MEETING members of the City Council that he was calling a RE: HILL- special meeting for the purpose, of considering an VIEW ANNEX- Annexation to the City of Tustin, tentatively doscribed ATION as the "Hillview Annexation to Tustln." The special meeting to be in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on the 19th day of November, 1956 at the hour of 1:30 o'clock, P.M. City Clerk, A. O. Park, delivered a written notice of the call for special meeting to each city councilman, more than 3 hours in advance of said special meeting. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kidd at 1:55 P.M. On motion by Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman Humeston, and duly carried, the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with· Motion by Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman ADOPTION OF Humeston, that RESOLUTION NO. 405, "A Resolution of RESOLUTION intention to annex territory, pursuant to the annex- #405, RE: ation of uninhabited territory act of 1939, described GARDING the territory to be annexed; designation; the name of HILLVIEW the annexation as "Hillview Annexation to Tustin," ANNEX. setting forth the reasons for said annexation, and setting a time and place for hearing protests thereto," be adopted. Motion carried. All Councilmen present voting Aye, Councilman Tadlock absent. On motion by Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman Humeston and carried the meeting was duly adjourned. A. O.
