RESOLUTION NO. 93-128
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAPS
14784 AND 14837
The City Council of the Cisy of U'zstin ~oes hereby resolve as
follows:
I The City Council finds and = termines as follows:

That Final Tracn Maps 14784 and 14837 have been
submitted by Ca!iforni5 Pacific Homes.
That a public kearinr was held by the Planning
Commission on July 26, 1993. At this hearing the
Planning Commission recommended approval of Vesting
Tentative Tract Map 14784 to the City Council.
Subsequently, the Cit'.- Council approved Vesting
Tentative Tract Map 14-84 on August 16, 1993.

That following tentative map approval, the
applicant filed Final /ract Maps 14784 and 14837.
The Final Map :s cons-dered ministeria!iy exempt
pursuant to Section '5268(b) of the California
Environmental Quality ATt.
That the propcsed sukdivision is in conformance
with the Tustin Area Seneral Plan, adooted East
Tustin Specific Plan, tke Development Agreement and
Subdivision Ma~ Act as it pertains to the
development of residential unins.
The 1.2600 acres of carkiand required for this
development was previously dedicated with
recordation of /tach ~2S70.
That the City has reviewed the status of the School
Facilities Agreement between the Irvine Company and
the Tustin Unified Sch?~l District, the East Tusnin
Specific Plan, EIR 8~-2, the impacts of Vesting
Tentative Tract Map 1~-84/14837 on School District
facilities, and reviewed changes in State law, and
finds and determines that the impacts on School
District facilities bv approval of this map are
adequately addressed.
That the site is physirally suitable for the type
of development uropose~.
That the site is pkysically suitable for the
proposed density of development.

That the design of the subdivision or t~e proposed
improvements are not likely~ to cause substantial
environmental damage or substantially and avoidably
injure fish or wildlife in their habitat.
That the design of the subdivision or the type of
improvements prqposed will not conflict witk
easements acquired by the public-at-large, for
access through or use of the property within the
proposed subdivision.
That the design of the subdivision or the types of
improvements proposed are not likely to cause
serious public health problems.
That the Final Maps are in substantial conformance
with the Vesting Tentative Tract Map.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Final Tract Maps 14784
and 14837, subject to final approval by the City
Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City
Council, held on the 15th day of November, 1993.
