A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, CERTIFYING THE LOCAL PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT
PLAN OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN

WHEREAS, the requirement that a Local Pavement Management
Plan be in place and maintained to qualify for allocation of
revenues generated from Measure M; and
WHEREAS, the plan has been developed by Infrastructure
Management Services (IMS) in 1993 and contains, as a minimum, the
following elements:

Inventory of arterial and collector routes is being finalized
and will be reviewed and updated biennially. The revised
update of the inventory will be completed by June 30, 1993.
Assessment of pavement condition for all routes in plan is
being finalized and will be updated biennially. The revised
review of pavement condition will be completed by June 30,
1993.
Identification of all sections of pavement in the plan
needing rehabilitation or replacement.
Determination of budget needs for rehabilitation or
replacement of deficient sections of pavement for current
biennial period, and for ~ollowing biennial period; and
WHEREAS, a copy of this Resolution/Certification and a copy
of the newly revised Local Pavement Management Plan shall be
submitted to the Orange County Local Transportation Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Tustin as follows:
The City of Tustin certifies that it has a Pavement
Management Plan in conformance with the criteria stated in
the Orange County Local Transportation Authority. Ordinance
No. 2 Policy, Resolution No. 3. This resolution requires
=hat a Local Pavement Management Plan be in place and
maintained to qualify for allocation of revenues generated
from Measure E.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
