WHI'~REAS, the City desires to provide salary increases to certain part-time employees as listed below; NOW, THF. However, these part-time employees are compensated hourly and do not receive any employee benefits except for those i'nantlatcd by federal law. Seclion 3. F_.l't'ectivc Date.
