A RESOLUTION OF Till'; CITY COUNCIl.. OF TIlE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, RFA.,ATING TO"I'IIE COMPENSA'FION OFPART-TIME
EMPLOYEI~S OF TI'iE CITY OF TUSTIN.
WHI'~REAS, the City desires to provide salary increases to certain part-time
employees as listed below;
NOW, THF. RI-.'.;FOI~.F_., thc City C. ouncil of the City of Tustin, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:

listed below shall bc changed ils follows: part-time employees are compensated hourly

Section 2. Full-Time l:.q.t_!ivalcnis. Those part-time, hourly, positions for
whicl'~ there are equivalent, ft,ll-timc positions (such as Clerk Typist, Police Reserve,
l')cpartmcnt Clerk. ittl{.l Custodian) shall have all hourly salary rate equal to the full-
time position. However, these part-time employees are compensated hourly and do
not receive any employee benefits except for those i'nantlatcd by federal law.
Seclion 3. F_.l't'ectivc Date. All provisions of this resolution shall be effective
as of the pay period nearest May 18, 1992.
