A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND MEDIAN MODIFICATION AT
TUSTIN RANCH ROAD AND AUTO CENTER DRIVE
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California to install a traffic signal on
Tustin Ranch Road at Auto Center Drive and construct center
median modifications; and
WHEREAS, the city Engineer has presented plans and
specifications for the construction of said work:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and
specifications presented by the City Engineer be and are
hereby approved as the plans and specifications for:
Traffic signal installation and median modification
at Tustin Ranch Road and Auto Center Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise as required by law for
the receipt and sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the
work specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project is categorically
exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act; Class I: Existing Facilities.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting on the City
Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 7th day of October,
