HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 90-119 8 10 11 12 13 14 15 1 (; 17 18 i9 RESOLUTION NO. 90-119 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A DOCUMENT DUPLICATION FEE FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT. The City council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: I. The City Council finds and determines as follows: That the Community Development Department duplicates various documents for public use and distribution. That fees for the duplication of documents by the Community Development Department do not cover City incurred costs for providing this public service. That this project is a statutory exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to Section 15273. II. The City Council hereby establishes a publication/duplication fee of $.25 per page plus sales tax for documents duplicated for the public by the Community Development Department. The establishment of this fee supersedes any existing fees and shall be applied uniformly except where, in the discretion of the City Manager, reduced fees are justified by special circumstances. 2(; 9_1 23 : PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council, held on the 17th day of September, 1990.
