A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
3 CALIFORNIA APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 99-3
5 WHEREAS, Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the
local agency to approve lot line adjustments where the land taken from one parcel is added
6 to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels that originally existed is not
thereby created; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has reviewed Lot Line
8 Adjustment No. 99-3 and has made a finding that the real property described in Exhibit A
o and shown on Exhibit B complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act
' and applicable City of Tustin ordinances and regulations including the requirements for
10 building sites; and
i 1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has made the following findings:
i2 1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to
13 Section 66412 of the Subdivision Act;
!4 2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been
met;

3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and

4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the Zoning Code;

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
No. 99-3, as shown on Exhibits A and B is hereby approved and that the parcels be
19 considered building sites upon recordation of this document.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
2! Tustin held on the 20th day of September 1999.
