SUBJECT: SURPLUS EQUIPMENT SALES REPORT
SUMMARY
Notice of the sale of surplus equipment at public auction in accordance with Section 1626
of the Tustin Municipal Code.
RECOMMENDATION
Receive and file.
FISCAL IMPACT
The total proceeds in the amount of $17,620.00 received from the subject sale will be
credited to the General Fund account.
BACKGROUND
On February 21, 2006 the Tustin City Council declared two street sweepers surplus and not
required for public use and authorized their sale at public auction in accordance with
Section 1626 of the Tustin Municipal Code.
The sweepers listed on the attached report were sold at public auction on November 18,
2006. The following is a summary of the sales proceeds and costs:
