The City Council conducts business as the City Council of the City of Tustin, the Board of Directors of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency, and the Board of Directors of other Tustin agencies that may meet from time to time. r Food and beverage is permitted in the atrium area outside of the Council Chamber where a speaker system has been provided, but not in the Council Chambers.
