RESOLUTION NO. 91-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
MAGNOLIA TREE PARK PLAY STRUCTURES
7 WHEREAS, Miracle Recreation Equipment Company having a
contract with the City of Tustin to construct the hereinafter
8 described public work and improvement; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has duly certified to the
construction and completion of said public improvements hereinafter
10 mentioned in a manner satisfactory to the City Council of the City
!of Tustin; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said contractor has
39 !completed said public improvements hereinafter more particularly
described in accordance with the provisions of the contract
33 documents and the notice of completion and acceptance of said
public work and improvement should be filed and payment of the
14 balance due said contract authorized in accordance with the
contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
36 City of Tustin that said public work and improvements be, and the
.same is hereby accepted. Said public work and improvement is more
37 particularly described as follows:

19~ AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer of the City
of Tustin be, and is hereby authorized to execute and file a notice
90; of completion and acceptance of said public work and improvement

described herein as required by law.

the City of Tustin on July 1, 1991.

the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole
number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is
five; that the above and foregoing Resolution No. 91-93 was duly and
regularly introduced, passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 1st day of July, 1991 by the following vote:
