HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 90-392 RESOLUTION NO. 90-39 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR BICYCLE AND/OR PEDESTRIAN FACILITY FUNDS UNDER SB 821 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14, 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 WHEREAS, SB 821 provides that 2% of each County's total local Transportation Fund be annually set aside and used to fund the development of bicycle and pedestrian facilities; and WHEREAS, the City of Tustin desires to provide sidewalk facilities for pedestrian use throughout the entire community: and WHEREAS, the city of sidewalk facilities within available under SB 821; Tustin desires to construct the the City utilizing the funds NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve as follows: To construct pedestrian facilities within this City to the established standards. To authorize Bob Ledendecker as the City's authorized signature and designated contact person. To apply for all funds available to the City of Tustin allocated for bikeways and pedestrian facilities under SB 821.
