WIIEREAS, the City des.ires to provide salary increases to certain part-time emp].oyees as listed be].ow; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tush;in, California, does hereby resolve as follows: ~.9~i~n_.3.=__.g~pensation Provisions. Salary ranges of those part-time positions listed below shall be changed as follows; part-time employees are compensated hourly and do not receive any employee benefits. Those part-tir.~e, hourly, positions for which there are equivalent, full-time positions (such as Clerk Typist, Police Reserve, Department Clerk, and Custodian) shall, have an hourly salary rate equal to the full-time position. However, these part-time er.p!oyees are compensated hourly and do not receive any e:;.ployee benefits. Section 3 .
