RESOLUTION NO. 90-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF PART-TIME
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN.
WIIEREAS, the City des.ires to provide salary increases to
certain part-time emp].oyees as listed be].ow;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tush;in,
California, does hereby resolve as follows:

those part-time positions listed below shall be changed as
follows; part-time employees are compensated hourly and do not
receive any employee benefits.

Section 2. Fu_l_~-Time E~.uival. ents. Those part-tir.~e,
hourly, positions for which there are equivalent, full-time
positions (such as Clerk Typist, Police Reserve, Department
Clerk, and Custodian) shall, have an hourly salary rate equal
to the full-time position. However, these part-time er.p!oyees
are compensated hourly and do not receive any e:;.ployee
benefits.

Passed, approved, and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the
20th day of February, 1990.

MARY E. WYNN, City Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole
number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is
four; that the above and foregoing Resolution No. 90-30 was duly and
regularly introduced, passed and adopted at an adjourned regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of February, 1990, by
