HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 90-081 2 3 i 4. 5 6 7 8'. 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION N0. 90_g A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE ORANGE COUNTY UNIFIED TRANSPORTATION TRUST (OCUTT) FUND THE IMPROVEMENT OF RED HILL AVENUE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN HEREBY RESOLVES, DETERMINES, AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: (a) THAT WHEREAS, the City of Tustin desires to improve the streets listed below; (b) WHEREAS, the City's Master Plan of Arterial Highways/Circulation Element is consistent with the County of Orange Master Plan of Arterial Highways; (c) WHEREAS, the City of Tustin will provide 50 percent in matching funds for each project; (d) WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation Commission intends to allocate funds from the Orange County Unified Transportation Trust Fund for the improvement of streets within the incorporated cities of the county; NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tustin hereby request the Orange County Transportation Commission to allocate funds in the amounts specified in the City's application to said City from Orange County Unified Transportation Trust Funds. Said funds shall be matched by funds from said City and shall be used to aid the City in the improvement of the following street(s) for fiscal year 1990/91.
