A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRAFFIC
SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT MAIN STREET AND STONEGLASS, MAIN
STREET AND EL CAMINO REAL, AND WALNUT AVENUE AND FRANKLIN
AVENUE, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS.

WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California to contract construction of traffic
signal improvements at Main Street and Stoneglass, Main Street
and E1 Camino Real, and Walnut Avenue and Franklin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and specifi-
cations for the construction of said work;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifica-
tions presented by the City Engineer be and are hereby approved
]3 as the plans and specifications for:

Construction of Traffic Signal Improvements at
Main Street and Stoneglass, Main Street and
E1 Camino Real, and Walnut Avenue and Franklin
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise as required by law for the
receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work
specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project is categorically
exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act; Class I: Existing Facilities and Class III: Minor
New Facilities.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, held on the 15th day of January, 1990.
