The following findings are required before a Certificate
of Appropriateness is issued:

The Community Development Director has reviewed the proposal to
install a wheelchair ramp and courtyard improvments at the above
mentioned address and has determined that the proposed work is in
conformance with the above requirements. The proposed work is
hereby approved subject to the following conditions:.
1. All removed landscaping shall be replanted following
completion of the proposed work.
2. The applicant shall obtain all required building permits
and pay all applicable plan check and permit fees to the
Building Division.
3. All construction shall be completed in conformance with
the approved plans.
