The following findings are required before a Certificate

The Community Development Director has reviewed the re -roofing
proposal for the flat roof of the subject residence and has
determined that the proposal is in conformance with the above
requirements. The proposed composition roofing material is similar
in appearance to the existing material and is appropriate for the
subject residence. Furthermore, the residence's flat roof is not
visible from the public right-of-way. The proposed work is hereby
approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to the start of any roofing work, the applicant
shall obtain a building permit and pay all applicable
plan check and permit fees.
2. Any replacement or repair of an existing feature of the
roof (ie. facia, gutters, downspout, roof vents,
chimneys) shall match the existing materials, finish and
colors of the existing structure.
