July 24, 1997
The Community Development Department has reviewed the submittal for
the raised porch in the rear of the residence and has determined
that the proposal is in conformance with the above requirements.
A Certificate of Appropriateness was originally approved on April
2, 1993, to allow construction of such a porch, and the proposal
seeks only minor modifications to that approval. The proposed work
is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to issuance of a building permit, payment shall be
made of all applicable Building plan check and permit
fees.
2. All colors and materials of the proposed construction
shall be consistent with those of the existing
residential structure.
3. If the applicant desires to install roofing material on
the proposed patio cover, the roofing materials shall be
harmonious and consistent with the existing residential
structure. All proper permits shall be secured from the
Building Department prior to installation of said roofing
material.
