BUILDING OUR FUTURE
HONORING OUR PAST
The property is improved with a 7,744 square foot "non -rated," commercial building
located in the Cultural Resources Overlay District. The proposed project is a tenant
improvement to the building that will not involve any expansion or change to the
footprint of the building. Minimal exterior improvements will involve the removal and
replacement of sections of aluminum storefront and glazing to very closely match
the existing conditions. Translucent to opaque film will be used on various sections
of the glazing to conceal fixtures and equipment. The building also contains many
metal portions that will be refinished and painted. A new rooftop screen will be
added to screen mechanical equipment on the roof that was previously exposed to
view. A new trash enclosure will be constructed to meet the City's waste and
recycling requirements. The parking lot will receive a new slurry -coat and re -
striping. The proposed improvements will serve to enhance the site and are
consistent with the existing design and character of the building.

Designated Cultural Resources within the District in that: the proposed
project will not change the square footage or footprint of the building and the
