HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 99-39 RESOLUTION NO. 99-39 I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, B CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 99-1 WHEREAS, Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act mm~es provisions for the 5 local agency to approve lot line adjustments where the'land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels that originally existed is not 6 thereby created; and 7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has reviewed Lot Line 8 Adjustment No. 99-1 and has made a finding that the real property described in Exhibit "A" · and shown on Exhibit "B" complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map 9 Act and applicable City of Tustin Ordinances and Regulations including the requirements for building sites; and i0 11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has made the following findings: 12 1. That 'the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Act; !3 14 2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been met. 15 3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 17 4.
