The City of Tustin has a time limit of three (3) minutes for each speaker to ensure that all persons who wish to speak have an opportunity to do so. r J • Clearly state your name and address. • The colored lights on the podium indicate: o Green - Your time limit has begun; you are limited to three (3) minutes. o Yellow - You have 1 minute to summarize your presentation. o Red - Your time is up! Cinder State law,the Council/Commission may not take action on matters raised under the Public Input portion of the agenda.They may refer your request to City staff for administrative action,or it may be scheduled for a subsequent agenda. If you have any questions, please see the City Clerk/Recording Secretary. NOTE: If you challenge an item considered at a public hearing in court,you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in the agenda,or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Tustin at, or prior to,the public hearing.
