2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 98-2
4 WHEREAS, Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the
local agency to approve lot line adjustments where the land taken from one parcel is added to
5 an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby
created; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has reviewed Lot Line Adjustment
No. 98-2 and has made a finding that the real property described in Exhibit A and shown on
8 Exhibit B and C complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and
applicable City of Tustin ordinances and regulations including the requirements for building
9' sites; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has made the following findings:

1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to
12 Section 66412 of the Subdivision Act;

2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been
14 met;
15 3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and
16
4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirement of the Zoning Code.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
18 No. 98-2, as shown on Exhibits A, B, and C, is hereby approved and that the parcels be
19 considered building sites upon recordation of this document.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tustin, California held on the 15th day of March 1999.

Beginning at the westerly terminus of the .course labeled 'N 69°55'01" E 76.39'" along the southerly
boundary of said Lot 27; thence leaving said southerly boundary N 67046'03" W, 30.81 feet; thence
N 69o28'32" W, 25.50 feet; thence N 34004'48" W, 11.89 feet to the southerly boundary of said Lot 27.
Containing an area of 10,561 square feet.
Parcel 82:
Lot 82 of Tract No. 15568 in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map
