HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 18-06RESOLUTION NO. 18-06 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN WHICH CERTIFIES THAT THE CITY HAS THE RESOURCES TO FUND THE PROJECTS SUBMITTED IN THE FFY 2018/19 — 2023/24 FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND AFFIRMS ITS COMMITMENT TO IMPLEMENT ALL PROJECTS IN THE PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Tustin is located within the metropolitan planning boundaries of the Southern California Association of Governments; and WHEREAS, the Tustin City Council has authorized project submittals to Orange County Transportation Authority's (OCTA) Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) as noted in Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the City of Tustin is the lead agency for projects and will comply with applicable local, state, and federal provisions including but not limited to the Federal Transportation Improvement Program, California Environmental Quality Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Buy America; and WHEREAS, the City of Tustin agrees to construct Transportation Control Measures projects as noted in the amendments in a timely manner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tustin, does hereby affirm the City's commitment to the projects submitted in the 2019 Federal Transportation Improvement Program.
