HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 99-15 RESOLUTION NO. 99-15 I 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, 3 CALIFORNIA APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 001-M TO UPDATED ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE MASTER 4 AGREEMENT NO. 12-5271 FOR THE RED HILL AVENUE 5 REHABILITATION PROJECT (C.I.P. NO. 700124) 6 WHEREAS, the City of Tustin previously approved the updated Master Agreement No. 12-5271 with the State of California, acting by and through the California Department 7 of Transportation (Caltrans); and 8 WHEREAS, Program Supplements to the Master Agreement formalize the financial 9 responsibilities and provisions for each specific Federal-aid Funded Project; and 10 WHEREAS, approval of Program Supplement Agreement No. 001-M is required for 11 the reimbursement of Federal funds for preliminary engineering on the Red Hill AVenue Rehabilitation Project (C .I .P . No. 700124). 12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tustin 13' that Program Supplement Agreement No. 001 ,M to the updated Administering Agency- I4 State Master Agreement No. 12-5271 is hereby approved; 15 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Program Supplement Agreement No. 001 -M. i6 17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin held on the 16th day of February 1999. 18 20 Thomas R.
