Binsack, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: None CONSENT CALENDAR: None PUBLIC HEARING: Opened Public Hearing Item at 10:05 a.m. 1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2018-01 & DESIGN REVIEW (DR) 2018-002 APPLICANT: Amy Bagley Steiner Studio, Inc. 17800 Mitchell North Irvine, CA 92614 PROPERTY OWNER: Tibor Kelemen, KCI Valencia, LLC 2860 Michelle Drive, #150 Irvine, CA 92606 LOCATION: 15501 Red Hill Avenue, Suite 100 REQUEST: A request to establish an alcoholic beverage sales establishment with outdoor seating in conjunction with a restaurant and beer manufacturer located at 15501 Red Hill Avenue, Suite 100. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15301, Class 1. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 18-002 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2018-01 and Design Review (DR) 2018- 002 to authorize on-site alcoholic beverage sales with outdoor seating in conjunction with a restaurant and beer manufacturer located at 15501 Red Hill Avenue, Suite 100. It was noted there were no members of the public in attendance for this item. Zoning Administrator Action Agenda April 9, 2018 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator opened the Public Hearing item at 10:05 a.m. She stated she had reviewed the staff report and did not need a presentation. Jessica Aguilar, Assistant Planner, provided revisions to the Conditions of Approval. The applicant, Amy Bagley, and Chris Snyder, President of Taps, were present. The Zoning Administrator asked Ms. Bagley and Mr. Snyder if they had the opportunity to review ZAA No. 18-002, including the Conditions of Approval. Both Ms. Bagley and Mr. Snyder reviewed ZAA No. 18-002 and they did not have any questions or concerns. The Zoning Administrator approved ZAA 18-002, as amended. The Public Hearing item was closed at 10:08 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
