CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2018-00013 APPLICANT: Kevin Ryu SRW Holdings, Inc. 2453 Park Avenue Tustin, CA 92782 PROPERTY OWNER: The District at Tustin Legacy Vestar/Kimco Tustin L.P. 2437 Park Avenue Tustin, CA 92782 LOCATION: 2453 Park Avenue REQUEST: A request to sell alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a restaurant. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). RECOMMENDATION: That the Acting Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 18-004 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2018-00013 to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with a 2,728 square-foot restaurant establishment (Joon Shabu 2) located at 2453 Park Avenue. It was noted there were no members of the public in attendance for this item. The Acting Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and did not need a presentation. The Acting Zoning Administrator asked Mr. Ryu if he had the opportunity to review ZAA 18-004, including the Conditions of Approval. Mr. Ryu did review and he did not have any questions or concerns. The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted ZAA 18-004. The Public Hearing item was closed at 10:32 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
