ENVIRONMENTAL THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE
STATUS : CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT (CLASS 1) PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 15301 OF THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
REQUEST: TO AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF GARAGE DOORS ON
EXISTING CARPORTS AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX.
Recommendation - Adopt Zoning Administrator Action 96-010 approving
Design Review 96--049 .
Presentation: Gregory Gubman, Associate Planner
The Administrator noted that at the time of plan check, the depth
of the garage overhang will need to be examined for fire
sprinklers . Also noted that according to State law a sensing
device is required on all automatic garage doors .
The Public Hearing opened at 10 :42 a.m.
The Public Hearing closed at 10 :43 a.m.
The Zoning Administrator approved Design Review 96-049 by adopting
Zoning Administrator Action 96-010 .
