BOX 1912 NEWPORT BEACH, ATTN: FRANCES FREELOVE OWNER: SCG REALTY SERVICES, INC. 25B TECHNOLOGY, SUITE 210 IRVINE, CA 92718 LOCATION: 14831 THROUGH 14821 NEWPORT AVENUE ZONING: PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (P-D) ENVIRONMENTAL THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE STATUS : CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT (CLASS 1) PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 15301 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT REQUEST: TO AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF GARAGE DOORS ON EXISTING CARPORTS AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. Also noted that according to State law a sensing device is required on all automatic garage doors . The Public Hearing opened at 10 :42 a.m. The Public Hearing closed at 10 :43 a.m. The Zoning Administrator approved Design Review 96-049 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action 96-010 . REGULAR BUSINESS: There was no Regular Business ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10 :45 a.m. The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be set as items are scheduled for action.
