Presentation: Rosa Ceja, Assistant Planner The Administrator asked if verification had been made of the storage of vehicles at the Santa Ana property. Rosa Cej a stated that Attachment D presents a letter from Tri-Lite, Inc. which verifies the rental of storage in Santa Ana by the applicant . The Public Hearing opened 'at 10 :33 a.m. Adrian 'Cayetano, the applicant, stated that in addition to the Tri-Lite, • Inc. commitment he also has a verbal agreement with Guarantee Chevrolet of Santa Ana for use of storage space and that he will not be selling cars at the Tustin location.
