RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator approve Conditional
Use Permit 96-024 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action 96-009 .

The Administrator asked if verification had been made of the
storage of vehicles at the Santa Ana property.
Rosa Cej a stated that Attachment D presents a letter from Tri-Lite,
Inc. which verifies the rental of storage in Santa Ana by the
applicant .
The Public Hearing opened 'at 10 :33 a.m.
Adrian 'Cayetano, the applicant, stated that in addition to the
Tri-Lite, • Inc. commitment he also has a verbal agreement with
Guarantee Chevrolet of Santa Ana for use of storage space and that
he will not be selling cars at the Tustin location.

The Zoning Administrator approved Conditional Use Permit 96-024 by
adopting Zoning Administrator Action 96-009 as submitted.
