Greg Gubman stated that staff had been assured by the architect
that the planters were made of clay and that given the streetscape
he felt clay planters would provide a more permanent appearance.
The Zoning Administrator asked the applicant if he had the
specifications of the plastic planters.
Rodney Bechtel, stated he had a sample at his office.
Dan. Fox stated that Condition 3 . 1 could be modified to reflect that
this item be approved subject to final approval of the Director of
Community Development .
The Zoning Administrator indicated she did not have a problem with
hard resin as opposed to clay for the planters but would like to
examine the sample before approval of plan check.
