Rodney Bechtel, applicant, noted that the flower planters, stated in the staff report to be made of clay were, in fact, a. hard resin plastic of a terra cotta color. Greg Gubman, Associate Planner, stated that the handicap parking space as it is drawn on the site plan does not conform to Title 24 Handicap Requirements and is not in compliance with Condition 2 . 1.
