Presentation: Sara Pashalides, Associate Planner The Administrator asked if the applicant agreed with the conditions of approval. Ralph Sanchez, owner of Rafi' s Cuban Cafe, stated he had read the staff report and agreed with the conditions. Sara Pashalides, Associate Planner, noted that a lease agreement meeting for parking space was scheduled for February 3, 1997 with the Redevelopment Agency. The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 97-002 approving Conditional Use Permit 96-042 .
