ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO CATEGORICALLY
EXEMPT (CLASS 1) PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 15301 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY ACT
REQUEST: TO INCREASE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ALLOWABLE SEATS
FROM 208 TO 226 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A RESTAURANT WITH OUTDOOR SEATING
AND ON-SITE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALES.
Recommendation - That the Zoning Administrator amend Condition No.
8.4 of Conditional Use Permit 95-011 and Design Review 95-025 by
adopting Zoning Administrator Action No. 96-001, as submitted or
revised.
Presentation: Greg Gubman, Associate Planner
Zoning Administrator Brown asked if confirmation had been received
from the property owner to allow 7 of the 11 new parking spaces to
accommodate the additional seating.
Greg Gubman noted that the property owner had initiated contact
with staff concerning this matter.
The Public Hearing opened at 10:47 a.m.

The Zoning__Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action No.
96-001 to amend Condition No. 8.4 of Conditional Use Permit 95-011
and Design Review 95-025 as submitted.
