Recommendation - That the Zoning Administrator approve Conditional Use Permit 96-002 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action No. 96- 002, as submitted or revised. ° Presentation: Dan Fox, Senior Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10:50 a.m. Doug Van Patton, representing Pumpkin City, stated they have been selling strawberries for five years, and that he has read the staff report and agrees with all the conditions. The Public Hearing closed at 10:50 a.m. The Zoning Administrator approved Conditional Use Permit 96-002 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action •No. 96-002 as submitted. 2. Conditional Use Permit 96-003 APPLICANT: BRAD BOECK - 12809' KALNOR #23 NORWALK, CA. 90650 PROPERTY DOUGLAS PRESCOTT OWNER: 1.8752 E. 17TH STREET SANTA ANA, CA. 92705 LOCATION: EL CAMINO REAL & THIRD STREET ZONING: C-2P (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) ENVIRONMENTAL THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN -DETERMINED TO BE STATUS: CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT (CLASS 4) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15304 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) . Staff stated that Condition .1.17, page 2 of Exhibit A outlined the restrictions regarding the hours and days of business with regard to the Farmers Market. The Public Hearing opened at- 10:55 a.m. Douglas Prescott, stated his family owned the property; he , had-, nothing to. say but just wanted to observe 'if ' there were any objections. The Public Hearing closed at 10:55 a.m. The Zoning Administrator approved Conditional Use, Permit 96-003 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action No. 96-003 as submitted.. 1 REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The Zoning Administrator adjourned the meeting at 10:56 a.m. The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on March 18, 1996, Community Development Department Conference Room, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin.
