PARKING LOT.
Recommendation - That the Zoning Administrator approve Conditional
Use Permit 96-002 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action No. 96-
002, as submitted or revised. °

The Public Hearing opened at 10:50 a.m.
Doug Van Patton, representing Pumpkin City, stated they have been
selling strawberries for five years, and that he has read the staff
report and agrees with all the conditions.
The Public Hearing closed at 10:50 a.m.
The Zoning Administrator approved Conditional Use Permit 96-002 by
adopting Zoning Administrator Action •No. 96-002 as submitted.

The Administrator asked for a clarification of the, restrictions
concerning the Farmers Market.
Staff stated that Condition .1.17, page 2 of Exhibit A outlined the
restrictions regarding the hours and days of business with regard
to the Farmers Market.
The Public Hearing opened at- 10:55 a.m.
Douglas Prescott, stated his family owned the property; he , had-,
nothing to. say but just wanted to observe 'if ' there were any
objections.
The Public Hearing closed at 10:55 a.m.
The Zoning Administrator approved Conditional Use, Permit 96-003 by
adopting Zoning Administrator Action No. 96-003 as submitted..
