Recommendation- That the Zoning Administrator approve Design Review 96-024 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action 96-006, as submitted or revised. Presentation: Rosa Ceja, Assistant Planner The Administrator stated that the plans need more development but it can be taken care of at plan check. The Administrator approv6d Design Review 96-024 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action 96-006 as submitted.
