ATTN: ROBERT HALL LOCATION: 1.7671_ IRVINE BOULEVARD, SUITE 211 ZONING: PROFESSIONAL (Pr) ENVIRONMENTAL THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE STATUS: CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT (CLASS 1) PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT , Zoning Administrator Action Agenda March 17, 1997 Page 2 REQUEST: TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PRIVATE COMPUTER TRAINING SCHOOL. Recommendation - That the Zoning Administrator' adopt Zoning Administrator Action 97-004 approving Conditional Use Permit' 97- 003 . Presentation: Gregory Gubman, Associate Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10 :40 a.m. The Zoning Administrator asked those present if there were any questions. Damon Caruana, the applicant, stated he had no questions . Lorraine Hartenbach, • 115 Orangewood Lane, Tustin, asked if this project was located on the north side of Irvine Boulevard. She stated that she tried to find the location and was not able to locate a number on the building. If the project was on the south side she would have concerns. Gregory Gubman, stated that 'the project was located in Sycamore Plaza. A map was shown to Ms. Hertenback indicating the exact location. Chad Hall, property manager for Sycamore Plaza, ' stated he was at this hearing to be' available in case anyone had questions. The Public Hearing closed at •10 :43 a.m.- The .m.The Administrator approved Conditional Use Permit 97--003 by adopting Zoning Administrator Action 97--004. The Zoning_ Administrator explained the seven day appeal period and the reason for it . Damon Caruana asked if the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) had an expiration date. Gregory Gubman explained that the CUP ran with the land and would remain in effect as long as the use continued as approved and unless the project had not commenced within one years time from the date of this hearing. ADJOURNMENT• The Zoning Administrator adjourned the meeting at 10 :45 a.m. The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be set as items are scheduled for action. J J
