Condition 2 . 3 was revised to read as follows : "Hours of operation for the restaurant shall be Monday through Sunday' 6 : 00 a.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. " The Public Hearing opened at 10 :32 a.m. Marshall Wilkinson on behalf of applicant, stated the applicant' s agreement with the conditions of approval . ' Rebecca Reynolds, Communities in Prevention, cited a study showing a higher rate of crime and drunk driving in relation to the number of establishments selling alcohol . The Public Hearing closed at 10 :35 a.m. The Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 97-014 approving Conditional Use Permit 97--022 . The Administrator explained the appeal process . 2 . The Public Hearing opened at 10 : 38 a.m. Harry Ko, applicant stated his agreement with the conditions of approval . The Administrator inquired if the previous operator had a type 41 license . Harry stated that the previous owner did have a type'41 license. Daniel Fox stated the conditional use permit is necessary because the new owner was unable to obtain a person to person transfer of the previous owner' s- license . The Administrator asked the applicant if they have read and agree to the conditions of approval . Masato Tomishima stated their agreement with the conditions . The Public Hearing closed at 10 :46 a:m. The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 97--016 approving Conditional Use Permit 97-024 . The Administrator explained the appeal process .
