STATUS: THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE
CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT CLASS 1 PURSUANT TO SECTION
15301 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.
REQUEST: MODIFICATION TO CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL TO ALLOW A
ONE YEAR TIME EXTENSION TO THE EXPIRATION DATE OF
DESIGN REVIEW 95-027 .
Recommendation - That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning
Administrator Action 97-005 granting a one year (12 months) time
extension through March 25, 1998 .

The Administrator called the meeting to order at 10 :35 a.m.
Following the staff presentation, the Administrator asked the
applicant if there were any questions or if he had any comments .
Alex. Coumans, representing Price Costco Inc. ,, stated that he had
nothing to add.
The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 97-005
grantincr a one Year (12 month) time extension through March 25,
1998 for Desicrn Review 95-027 ,
The Administrator explained the -appeal period to the applicant.
ADL70URNMENT:
The Administrator adjourned the meeting at 10 :40 a.m.
The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator
will be set as items are scheduled for action.
