REQUEST: AUTHORIZATION TO ESTABLISH AN ON-PREMISE DRY CLEANERS IN AN EXISTING BUILDING. , Recommendation - That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 97-017 approving Conditional Use Permit 97- 025 . Presentation: Karen Peterson, Associate Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10 :34 a.m. The Administrator asked if the applicant had received a copy of the report and if the conditions were understood and agreed to. Mr. Patel, the applicant, affirmed. The Public Hearing closed at 10 :35 a.m. The Administrator explained the appeal period process for the benefit of the applicant . The Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 97-017 approving Conditional Use Permit 97-025 . REGULAR BUSINESS No Regular Business ADJOURNMENT: The Administrator adjourned the meeting at 10 :35 a.m. The date of the next regular- meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set 'for hearing.
