HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 98-48 RESOLUTION NO. 98-48 1 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, 3 CALIFORNIA, FINDING THAT THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL ON FEBRUARY 17, 1998 (RESOLUTION - 4 NO. 98-14) IS ADEQUATE FOR THE MAIN STREET WATER FACILITIES DEMOLITION PROJECT. APPLICABLE MITIGATION MEASURES 5 HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED AS REQUIRED BY THE CALIFORNIA 6 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT. 7 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: 8 9 I. A) That the Main Street Water Facilities Demolition project (Project No. 10 600108) is considered a project pursuant to terms of the California Environmental Quality Act; and 11 B) That the project is covered under a' previously certified Negative 12 Declaration (Resolution No. 98-14) which serves as ,the Negative 13 Declaration for the project. 14 IX. The Main Street Water Facilities Negative Declaration, previously certified on February 17, 1998, was considered prior to the approval of this project.' The City Council hereby 15 finds that this project is within the Scope of the Negative Declaration for Main Street Water Facilities previously approved;. the affects of this project relating to. grading, 16 drainage, circulation, public services and utilities 'were examined in the Negative 17 Declaration. The applicable mitigation measures and alternatives developed in the Negative Declaration are incorporated into this project.
