•Development Agreement 2017-001 to facilitate the
development and conveyance of an approximately 14.5-
acre site within the Tustin Legacy Specific Plan.
•Tentative Tract Map 18125 to subdivide an approximately

development of 218 residential condominium units,a

Moffett Drive extension.

•Construction of infrastructure and public facilities.
•Annual review of Developer’s performance, etc.
•The City of Tustin certified the Program Final Environmental Impact
Statement/Environmental Impact Report (FEIS/EIR)for the reuse and disposal
of MCAS Tustin.The FEIS/EIR along with its Addendum and Supplement is a
program EIR under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
•Addendums and Supplemental FEIS/EIR adopted and certified.The FEIS/EIR,
Addendums and Supplement considered the potential environmental impacts
associated with development on the former MCAS Tustin.
•An Environmental Checklist (Initial Study)has been prepared and concluded
that the proposed actions do not result in any new significant environmental
impacts or a substantial increase in the severity of any previously identified
significant impacts in the FEIS/EIR.Moreover,no new information of
substantial importance has surfaced since certification of the FEIS/EIR.
•The City has received comments from the public
•Project is too dense
•Project would increase crime, impacts on parking, increase in traffic,
residents using Greenwood’s park, increase in noise, concerns with
televisions on balconies
•Should be single-family homes
•Homebuyers payment of Mello -Roos
1.That the City Council hold the first reading of Ordinance No.
1489 for DA 2017-001.And schedule the second reading on
February 6,2018,for ordinance adoption.
2.That the City Council adopt Resolution No.17-57,approving
Tentative Tract Map 18125 and Design Review 2017-012.
