Retitled as the “Workforce Housing Incentive
Program”
SUMMARY
Required ONLY when an application has been submitted to the City
for the following:
Rezone a property;
Change a property’s density; or
Residential Allocation Reservations.
SUMMARY
Requirement can be satisfied through the following options:
Provide affordable housing on-site;
Provide affordable units off-site within City limits;
Pay an in-lieu fee; or
Other alternate options deemed acceptable by the City.

First Reading of Ordinance No. 1491, adding Chapter 9B to Article 9 of
the Tustin City Code relating to the Workforce Housing Incentive
Program.
Adopt Resolution 18 -28, Workforce Housing Incentive Program In-Lieu
