SUMMARY Requirement can be satisfied through the following options: Provide affordable housing on-site; Provide affordable units off-site within City limits; Pay an in-lieu fee; or Other alternate options deemed acceptable by the City. IN-LIEU FEE # of Units Fee per Unit Fee per square foot, if average unit size is less than 800 square feet 1 –4 $8,000 $10 5 –9 $9,000 $11.25 10 –14 $10,000 $12.50 15 –19 $11,000 $13.75 20 units or more $12,000 $15 Adjusted annually using the Consumer Price Index (CPI)for the Los Angeles-Riverside-Orange County,CA Metropolitan Statistical Area. RECOMMENDATION First Reading of Ordinance No. 1491, adding Chapter 9B to Article 9 of the Tustin City Code relating to the Workforce Housing Incentive Program. Adopt Resolution 18 -28, Workforce Housing Incentive Program In-Lieu Fee
