5/1/07 Ordinance 1332 assigned Cultural and Historic Resources
to Planning Commission

Requirements
Maintain adequate and qualified historic preservation review commission
If available, include 2 members with professional qualifications in related
fields
Enforce state & local legislation for designation/protection of historic
properties
Maintain system of survey and inventory of historic properties
