OPTIONS Update the 2015 vehicle counts. Conduct resident survey. Hold a community workshop. Meet with apartment managers and owners. Meet again with Tustin Acres HOA Board. Establish permit parking in single family areas. Continue to enforce parking violations. Continue to enforce illegal structures. RECOMMENDATION That the City Council: Direct staff to take the listed actions. Direct staff to report back to the City Council with the results of the community workshop, resident survey, meetings, updated parking study, and other efforts to provide the basis for a recommended strategy for Council consideration.
