SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION OF CLAIM OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON,
CLAIM NO. 04-26
SUMMARY:
The claim alleges that City employees damaged a Southern California Edison street light
near Tustin Ranch Road/Jarnboree Road.
RECOMMENDATION:
After investigation and review by City Staff and the City's Clairns Adrninistrator, it is
recommended that the City Council deny the claim and direct the City Clerk to send notice
thereof to the claimant.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant alleges that City of Tustin employees damaged their facilities while working on a
street light near Tustin Ranch and Jamboree Roads. The City denies this claim as City
employees were not working in this area on the date and time claimed, and the City does not
work n street lights.
